End Users

An End User is the most fundamental user role in a system or application, typically representing the individuals who interact with the platform to complete everyday tasks or access specific services. Unlike administrators or managers, end users do not have administrative privileges or the ability to alter system settings, manage users, or configure permissions. Their access is usually limited to the features and data necessary for their role, ensuring both usability and security.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned resources within applications granted by Team Admins.

  • View and control resource costs.

  • Set up schedules, start and stop VMs, and select disk types.

Capabilities:

  • Access personal and team-assigned resources as permitted by Team Admins.
